Want to lower your stress, sleep better, and focus more? We all feel today's stress but believe we do not have enough time to de-stress. In collaboration with the Office of Health Promotion & Prevention, we're offering two mindfulness, meditation, and stress management session specifically for Tufts students every day Monday 3/22 – Friday March 26 at 7 and 8pm. Learn techniques to take a little time for yourself, refocus and de-stress. 

Students may register for one in-person session. Sessions will be limited in size to ensure proper social distancing throughout the session, and fresh masks will be provided upon arrival.

The practice of yoga has been thought to date back to pre-vedic Indian traditions; possibly in the Indus valley civilization around 3000 BCE, and is a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. 

Student led yoga classes will be held at 7, 8, and 9 pm each night from Monday the 22nd to Sunday the 28th! Students may pick one session to attend. New masks will be provided upon arrival and must be worn for the duration of the class. A minimum of 10-foot spacing between participants must be maintained. Students will be provided a yoga mat that they keep after the class.

Join us for a 1-hour pasta cooking tutorial with Chef Bailey Reynolds of Gourmet Bae Catering. All tools and ingredients will be provided for students to work in small groups to prepare their pasta.
