SENIOR EVENTS
Each year, TUSC offers a variety of programs to bring together the senior class to celebrate their accomplishments. We're excited to continue that tradition this year, despite COVID restrictions. We'll be offering a number of high-quality, COVID safe events throughout the spring semester. Additional details are included below.

Additional Senior Programs
Senior Portraits
Senior Portraits have now concluded. Students who took portraits should have received proofs and information on how to order packages and designate a specific portrait for the Memory Book. If you do not choose a portrait for the book the portrait company will do that for you. All portraits taken on campus will be included in the 2021 Senior Memory Book. Learn more at ocl.tufts.edu.

Senior Memory Book
The Jumbo Senior Memory Book is an opportunity to capture and preserve the memories of Senior Year. This year’s Senior Memory Book will capture the many events and milestones of the Senior Class. As always, the book will be full-color and hard-cover, and include the formal senior portraits, and approximately sixty-four pages highlighting the senior class! Books will be mailed directly to addresses provided during ordering process in mid July. Order your senior memory book online for $90.

Class Rings
The official TUAA class ring is beautifully engraved with the university's insignia in your choice of yellow or white gold (10K, 14K, 18K) or sterling silver, and comes with the Signitas Warranty. Personalize your ring with free engraving! You may choose to engrave your initials, graduation year and/or degree. Upload your own side engraving design or select from our large library of Tufts University artwork, which includes Jumbo the Elephant, Greek logos, athletics and activity symbols. Purchase yours online.

Senior Awards
Presented by the Alumni Association each year, seniors are recognized for their outstanding contributions to the Tufts Community. Be sure to head over to nominate your peers and attend the recognition ceremony in April. Learn more at alumniandfriends.tufts.edu.

Wendell Phillips Award
Presented by the University Chaplaincy, the award is given annually to a senior who demonstrates both marked ability as a speaker and a high sense of public responsibility and is invited to speak during the Baccalaureate Service at Commencement. Learn more at chaplaincy.tufts.edu/wendellphillips.
senior week
Senior Week is filled with celebratory events for seniors and will begin on Monday, May 17, 2021 and culminates on Sunday with the Commencement Ceremonies. While no final decision has been made about Senior Week 2021, we currently plan to offer a variety of intimately sized in-person events and larger-scale virtual and hybrid programs. All events for 2021 will be offered free of charge.

Please note, TUSC's student-run Senior Week is planned independently of University Commencement programming. University decisions about the format of Commencement exercises does not necessarily dictate Senior Week programming. All decisions will be made based on University, state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19.

All Senior Week tickets are available online at tuftstickets.com beginning Monday, May 3, 2021 at 10:30am and are required even for free events. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All Senior Week ticket holders agree to the Senior Week Social Policy.

Residence Hall Closing
All students must move out of their on-campus residences by noon on Saturday, May 15, 2021. Please review the move-out protocol on the Office for Residential Life & Learning's website.

JumboCash REFUND
If you have more than $10 in JumboCash in your account can use it or request reimbursement through the Tufts Dining Office. To apply for a credit or funds refund, complete the Request for JumboCash Account Closure (PDF) form and mail it, with a photocopy of your Tufts ID, to Tufts Dining Services, 89-91 Curtis Street, Medford, MA 02155—or hand deliver it to the Tufts Dining Administration Office at 89-91 Curtis Street, Somerville, MA 02144. For more information, click here. Additional information can be found on the Tufts Dining website.

Exchange Students
Senior Week is open to full-time undergraduate seniors who have paid the student activities fee. Most student organization events, including Senior Week, are funded by the Student Activities Fee which exchange students do not pay. In addition, exchange students are not considered undergraduate seniors, and are required to have moved out of their residence hall prior to the halls closing for traditional undergraduate students. For these reasons, exchange students are not eligible to participate in Senior Week events. However, as a courtesy, TUSC will allow exchange students to receive a free student ticket to the Spring Fling Concert, which would normally cost $30 for any Tufts Community member other than a full-time undergraduate student.
